Expense Tracker helps you record your income and spending, set monthly budgets, keep track of recurring bills and save towards your goals, all in one place and in your own currency.
What the app does
- Track income and spending with categories, notes and tags. Add your own categories, and split one purchase across several.
- Monthly budgets for each category, with clear progress against what you planned.
- Recurring bills and income, so regular payments are never a surprise.
- Savings goals you can add to over time.
- Reports showing where your money goes each month.
- CSV import of bank statements you download yourself, with automatic categorising rules.
- Your currency: British pound (£), US dollar ($) or Nigerian naira (₦).
Why the app asks for your data
To create your account, the app asks for your email address and a password, or lets you continue with Google, in which case Google shares your email address and basic profile details so we can identify your account. Everything else is information you type in yourself: transactions, accounts, budgets, recurring items and goals.
We use it only to run the app for you. We don't sell it, we don't show ads, and the app does not connect to your bank. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app.
